System Description

Battery Load Information
System / Float Voltage (V) HelpThe nominal system voltage or the voltage the battery string will float at. Typically 24Vdc, 32Vdc, 48Vdc, 120Vdc or240Vdc. For a positive earth system set the voltage to be negative (eg -48). Positive voltage will result in a negative earth system.
Equipment Load (A) HelpThe maximum current the equipment loads will draw. These are the DC loads directly powered by the batteries during loss of AC power.
 
Battery Information
Battery Recharge Current (A) HelpBattery Recharge Current per string. eg A battery string of 100 Amp-Hours, will require 10 Amps for recharge time of 10 hours.
Number of Strings HelpTotal number of parallel battery strings to supply the load.
 
Plant Sizing Information
AC Distribution Yes No   Help Select 'no' for external AC Distribution. 'Yes', for internal distribution within the system (One breaker per rectifier by default).
DC Distribution Yes No   HelpSelect 'no' for external DC Distribution. 'Yes', for internal distribution within the system.
AC Supply Voltage HelpThe AC supply voltage being fed to the rectifier input AC terminals.
